The story

A fathom entails return of two mats; loans to ambitious men carry 100 percent repayment increment. Article records obligations rising from 2–3 to 20–30 fathoms and bride payments exceeding 100. This is quantified obligation money, not merely ornament. [1]

Lifecycle review: positive survival in 1966–1972; later fate unreviewed Positive historical continuation only; current 2026 status was not audited. [2]
