The story
The 1878 law converted Serbian tax and market groš accounts into dinars and required state and private books to adopt the new unit; implementation followed in 1879. The two conventions received distinct prescribed valuations. [1]
No demonstrated independent variation of tax and market currencies;2:1 scales share tax para. Preserve both convention-specific terminal conversions without multiplying identities. [2]
