The story
Ibn Hayyan's famine account states Cordoban wheat prices in dinar-dirham duhl arbaʿin. [1]
A December 973 monthly pension is stated as 200 dinars of this reckoning. [2]
Ibn al-Attar's formulary retains this accounting terminology in Cordoban notarial practice. [3]
