The story
S.B.2003 no.89 converts covered guilder amounts to dollars at 1, 000 guilders per dollar from 1 January 2004 while preserving other contractual terms. [1]
The central bank dates the autonomous Surinamese monetary period from 1940. An observed independent territorial system, not an exact first-day birth assertion. [2]
